Sunny Flats are situated in Kounopetra, 4km away from Matzavinata village and 7km away from the picturesque Lixouri. They are built in the middle of 15.000m2 area near the sandy beach Vrahinari with the profound blue crystal water.
Our group of apartments that consists of 4 studios and 5 2bedroom apartments is built in such a way that provides to all its visitors a unique view of the Ionian sea and the sunset. Furthermore it provides the relaxation that only nature can bless away from the annoying noise of the city.

Individual properties near Makris Yialos beach are highly sought after, so we are pleased to offer these three detached villas.lASSI APARTMENTS, they stand in their own gardens below the road, only a 2-3 minute walk from the excellent sandy beach here. A swimming pool open to the public is a 5 minute walk away. The houses are separated from one another by a mature surrounding garden. Each comprises one twin and one double bedroom (both bedrooms have air-conditioning and some have access to a side-terrace); a good-sized living room with a well equipped kitchen area (full cooker, fridge); and a bathroom with full bath, shower and wc. To the front there is a large veranda with sunblind. A sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate a child. The houses are well furnished to a modern standard throughout. One of the villas has a studio apartment below it. Makris Yialos beach is reached via a small lane and some steps, and in the other direction you will find a selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along the main road. These houses offer comfort, plenty of space and an excellent holiday location.

Aurora villas have 5 bedrooms and are an architectural gem in Lefkada as nothing else, completely different from the usual.

Akrotiri Studios are newly built. Located in Pefki - North Evia at the center of the village by the sea and offers modern apartments. Cancellation: 1. If cancelled 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client. 2. If cancelled within 21 days of the date of arrival, client has to cover 50% of the cost. 3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.
Accepted Credit Cards: no
Payments Terms: A deposit of 20% of the costs of the booking paid at least 4 weeks before departure and the rest of the amount is to be paid on the arrival day cash.

The rooms Rania Papastathis, located in Beach-Shops of Skyros, which is the main beach of the island. The rooms 'Rania' is 3 km from the main town, just 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot.
Just 30 meters from the sea, with its own Parking, quiet, clean, but primarily economic.

The rooms are in total 5. All have air-condition.

The two apartments are ideal for families who want 2 rooms. To one room has a double bed and the other twin. They also provide kitchen and bathroom.
The other two rooms are double rooms with fridge, bathroom and a kitchenette for breakfast.

Finally, there is a triple with kitchen and bathroom. Beds are one double and one single.
