The "XENIOS DIAS" is a traditional group of studio-flats that is located at Pera Gialo,with a wonderful view to the sea and the bay.The rooms are comfortable,furnished with care,full of light and with an amasing view at the sea.The beach of Pera Gialo's is 50m from the studios.

15m from the sea shore is the cottage Maria's House which consists of 2 studios. Each can accomodate 2-4 people with a cosy living room, a kitchen which is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances (oven, fridge, cutlery, electric kitchen, etc).

The bathroom provides hot and cold water. The bedroom is on the top floor(atic) which has a double and a single bed.

"Maria's House" also has a beautiful garden, where you may relax and enjoy your breakfast & meals.
The prices are reasonable throughout the year with a discount during the low tourist season.
