Taking the utmost care to preserve the natural beauty of our local landscape, we have constructed three lovely stone buildings for our guests in the vicinity of the village of Xerosterni.

In using wood and carefully selected local stone, we have remained faithful to traditional Cretan architecture which has long strived to emulate the simplicity of nature.

Our three stone buildings are set amongst an abundant variety of native flowers, cypress trees and olive groves offering our holiday guests the opportunity to take long, relaxing strolls both in summer and winter.

Each maisonette apartment is comprised of a main sitting room with kitchen and bath and a beautiful, above-lying bedroom which leads onto a large veranda with expansive views of Lefka Ori and the Gulf of Souda.

The ancient rock formations found embedded in the earth on our 19 acre grounds are unique to this area of Apokorona.

Guests are invited to make every use of the comforts that we provide from air-conditioning, internet access and satellite television to a large swimming pool with adjacent pool bar as well as a traditional wood-burning oven to savoir Crete’s famed roasted delicacies.

This beautiful building complex is just 2 miles from the village of Vamos and 3 miles from the picturesque, sea-side town of Almirida, with its lovely, clean sandy beaches.

Within a fully equipped all amenities apartment ( we have 17 beds ) , with its own separate kitchen with all the good , two-door refrigerator , kitchen with electric oven , household items , the visitor really feel that is his home.

Our complex consists of:

A )1 small studio apartment for single travellers (separate building at the pool)

B )12 studio apartments (1 room) for 2 persons (with the possibility to add a 3rd bed)

C )8 apartments (2 rooms), 1 double room with twin-beds , 1 twin-bedded room with 2 single beds, partly built in the maisonette-style, on 2 floors with a marble staircase.

All flats have their own terraces resp. Balcony.

The studio apartments consist of a single, large room with twin-beds, a fitted kitchen area with refrigerator (crockery available), table and chairs, bathroom with shower and toilet. In the studios there is either a third bed available or at least enough space left for one.

Furnishings is typically Greek – simple but practical.
The towels are changed twice a week, cleaning and a change of bed linen is done once a week.

Our complex has a pool, where you can use the sun-loungers and parasols free of charge.

Next to the pool there is our breakfast room, here you can start you holiday experience with a generous continental breakfast.
You can either book your inclusive breakfast in advance or you can make your decision day by day!
Simply tell us the evening before (at the latest) and on the next morning you will find your table laid for you!

You will have the chance to taste more than 20 kinds of pies, as cheese pie, pepper pie, hunt pie and other traditional ones (like "sarikopita", "tzoulama", "kaltsounia" and many more). We can also offer you yoghurt with wheat, "greek" coffee and tea made of mountain herbs.

Katerina’s breakfast has repeatedly won the first prize in various competitions and has been recorded in the most remarkable tourist guides!

Keramos’ lounge area is decorated with antiques, handicrafts, woven materials and a beautiful fireplace.
