Φωτοβολταϊκά συστήματα

Το φωτοβολταϊκό στοιχείο - ένας κατάλληλα επεξεργασμένος ημιαγωγός λεπτού πάχους - μετατρέπει την ηλιακή ενέργεια σε ηλεκτρική ενέργεια. Τα ηλιακά φωτοβολταϊκά στοιχεία κατάλληλα ομαδοποιημένα συγκροτούν τα φωτοβολταϊκά πλαίσια ή ηλιογεννήτριες (pv module), τυπικής ισχύος από 10W έως 300W. Οι γεννήτριες αυτές συνδεόμενες ηλεκτρολογικά μεταξύ τους δημιουργούν τις φωτοβολταϊκές συστοιχίες (pv-arrays).
Τα φωτοβολταϊκά μπορούν να τοποθετηθούν σε στέγες ή δώματα κτιρίων ή σε φωτοβολταϊκά πάρκα.

Aυτόνομα - Υβριδικά συστήματα

Αυτόνομα συστήματα είναι τα συστήματα που δεν είναι συνδεδεμένα στο δίκτυο της ΔΕΗ. Χρησιμοποιώντας τις Ανανεώσιμες Πηγές Ενέργειας (φωτοβολταϊκά, ανεμογεννήτριες, βιομάζα κ.α.) μπορούμε να παράγουμε ρεύμα και είτε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε απευθείας είτε να το αποθηκεύσουμε σε συσσωρευτές (μπαταρίες). Έτσι μπορούμε να ηλεκτροδοτήσουμε εξοχικές κατοικίες, να φωτίσουμε δρόμους, πάρκα ή αεροδρόμια, να σηματοδοτήσουμε την οδική κυκλοφορία, τη ναυτιλία και την αεροναυτιλία, να αφαλατώσουμε το νερό και να λειτουργήσουμε συστήματα τηλεπικοινωνιών, τηλεμετρήσεων, συναγερμού κ.α.
Υβριδικά συστήματα είναι τα συστήματα που χρησιμοποιούν συνδυασμό 2 ή περισσοτέρων ΑΠΕ (πχ. φωτοβολταϊκά και ανεμογεννήτριες).

Aνεμογεννήτριες

Ο άνεμος, όπως και ο ήλιος, είναι μία ανεξάντλητη πηγή ενέργειας, η οποία μάλιστα μας παρέχεται δωρεάν.Οι μικρές ανεμογεννήτριες αποτελούν κατάλληλη και βιώσιμη λύση για περιοχές χωρίς πρόσβαση σε ηλεκτρικό δίκτυο. Όπως και άλλες ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας (π.χ. τα φωτοβολταϊκά), μικρές ανεμογεννήτριες μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν σε αυτόνομα ή υβριδικά συστήματα για παραγωγή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος, ενώ μικρά οικιακά και εμπορικά συστήματα μπορούν να συνδεθούν στο δίκτυο τροφοδοτώντας το με περίσσεια πράσινης ενέργειας και παρέχοντας ένα συμπληρωματικό εισόδημα στον ιδιοκτήτη τους.

Γεωθερμία

Μερικά μέτρα κάτω από την επιφάνεια της γης η θερμοκρασία του εδάφους είναι σταθερή (18-20oC). Αν εκμεταλλευτούμε τη διαφορά θερμοκρασίας μεταξύ υπεδάφους και επιφάνειας, μπορούμε να θερμανθούμε το χειμώνα και να δροσιστούμε αντίστοιχα το καλοκαίρι. Με τη χρηση μιας γεωθερμικής αντλίας θερμότητας και ενός δικτύου σωληνώσεων (είτε σε οριζόντια διάταξη, είτε σε κατακόρυφη διάταξη εκμεταλλευόμενη π.χ μια γεώτρηση), μπορούμε να μειώσουμε το λειτουργικό κόστος κατά 80% στη θέρμανση και κατά 60% στη ψύξη. Με τη τεχνολογία αυτή καλύπτονται επίσης οι ανάγκες για ζεστό νερό χρήσης ή ειδικές εφαρμογές όπως πισίνες κλπ.

Ηλιοθερμία

Στην ηλιοθερμία το νερό θερμαίνεται απευθείας με την ηλιακή ενέργεια και τροφοδοτείται στο δίκτυο νερού του κτιρίου. Με την αρχή του θερμοσιφώνου επιτυγχάνεται η κυκλοφορία του νερού με φυσικό τρόπο χωρίς μηχανικά μέρη (αντλίες κλπ.) ενώ η θέρμανση του νερού γίνεται με την εκμετάλλευση του φαινομένου του θερμοκηπίου που αναπτύσσεται στους συλλέκτες του. Μπορεί να υποστήριξει την κεντρική θέρμανση, την παραγωγή ζεστού νερού χρήσεως, τη θέρμανσης του νερού πισίνας.

Ηλιακός φωτισμός

Υπολογίζεται οτι το 25-40% της συνολικής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας ενός κτιρίου αποτελεί ο φωτισμός. Οι φωτοσωλήνες, μια νέα τεχνολογία φυσικού φωτισμού, μεταφέρει το φυσικό φως της ημέρας μέσω ενός υπερανακλαστικού σωλήνα (με ανάκλαση 99,7%) στον εσωτερικό χώρο αντικαθιστώντας ουσιαστικά τον ηλεκτρικό φωτισμό.
Οι φωτοσωλήνες εγκαθίστανται εύκολα, έχουν μηδενικό κόστος λειτουργίας και συντήρησης, εξοικονομούν ηλεκτρική ενέργεια, δεν μεταφέρουν θερμότητας στο εσωτερικό και το κυριότερο το φως τους δεν προκαλεί κόπωση στα μάτια και πονοκεφάλους όπως το τεχνητό φως. Οι φωτοσωλήνες παραμένουν αποδοτικοί ως τις απογευματινές ώρες ανεξάρτητα από την ηλιοφάνεια. Βελτιώνουν την ενεργειακή ταυτοποίηση των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων. Επιδοτείται σε υφιστάμενες ή νέες κατασκευές μέχρι και 65%.

Εξοικονόμηση Ενέργειας

Στην Ελλάδα, τα κτίρια καταναλώνουν το 34% της συνολικής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας (2005) και με την θέρμανση να αντιπροσωπεύει το 61% της κατανάλωσης. Η εφαρμογή των συγχρόνων τεχνολογιών στα νέα κτίρια, και ιδιαίτερα στο υπάρχον κτιριακό απόθεμα πρoσφέρει μια πλέον ορθολογική χρήση της ενέργειας σε συνδυασμό με άριστες συνθήκες άνεσης και ποιότητας εσωτερικού αέρα.

Αυτοματισμοί - «έξυπνα σπίτια»

Το εξυπνο σπίτι πληρεί τα διεθνή πρότυπα περί καλωδιώσεων μιας σύγχρονης κατοικίας και διαθέτει την απαραίτητη υποδομή για εγκατάσταση αυτοματισμών ελέγχου για φωτισμό, θέρμανση, πυρανίχνευση, έλεγχο θυρών και παραθύρων κ.α Η λειτουργία της εγκατάστασης μπορεί να ελεγχεται ί από διάφορα σημεία της εγκατάστασης μέσω π.χ οθόνων κειμένου, ενώ μέσω κινητής τηλεφωνίας μπορούμε να ελέγξουμε οποιαδήποτε συσκευή ή να ειδοποιηθούμε από το σύστημα για την λειτουργική του κατάσταση.

Θερμογραφικοί έλεγχοι κτιρίων
Οι θερμογραφικοί έλεγχοι κτιρίων είναι μία απλή και γρήγορη μέθοδος ανίχνευσης των θερμοκρασιών που αναπτύσσονται στις επιφάνειες διαφόρων υλικών. Έτσι μπορούμε να προσδιορίσουμε και να ερμηνεύουμε την ορθή θερμική θωράκισή τους. Η θερμογραφία μπορεί επίσης να εντοπίσει προβλήματα υγρασίας και ηλεκτρικών μονώσεων προλαμβάνοντας πιθανές φθορές και διευκολύνοντας την επισκευή τους. Θερμογραφικοί έλεγχοι γίνονται και στον Η/Μ εξοπλισμό.

Το «Ειδικό πρόγραμμα ανάπτυξης φωτοβολταϊκών (Φ/Β) συστημάτων σε κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις και ιδίως σε δώματα και στέγες κτιρίων» (ΦΕΚ 1079/Β/2009) προβλέπει την εγκατάσταση Φ/Β συστημάτων ισχύος μέχρι 10 kW που εγχέεται στο δίκτυο διανομής του ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος σε κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις που χρησιμοποιούνται για κατοικίες ή για πολύ μικρές επιχειρήσεις. Ο πολίτης παραγωγός – καταναλωτής για τη διάθεση της ενέργειας αυτής στο δίκτυο δεν θεωρείται επιτηδευματίας και συνεπώς δεν χρειάζεται θεώρηση βιβλίων, δεν έχει καμμία ασφαλιστική υποχρέωση και επιπλέον απαλλάσσεται του ΦΠΑ.
Για την εγκατάσταση των Φ/Β στα δώματα και στις στέγες των κτιρίων δεν απαιτείται οικοδομική άδεια παρά μόνο έγκριση εργασιών μικρής κλίμακας απο την Πολεοδομία ενώ για τη σύνδεση του Φ/Β συστήματος με τη ΔΕΗ απαιτείται αίτηση και μελέτη εγκατάστασης.

Κόστος - Απόσβεση της επένδυσης

Γενικά, ένα φωτοβολταϊκό κοστίζει όσο ένα καλό αυτοκίνητο. Ομως το αυτοκίνητο έχει συνεχώς έξοδα ενώ το φωτοβολταϊκό έχει έσοδα για πάνω από 25 χρόνια. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, οι αποδόσεις του φωτοβολταϊκού θα είναι καλύτερες απ’ ότι αν βάζατε αυτά τα χρήματα σε προθεσμιακό λογαριασμό ή τα επενδύατε σε ομόλογα ή στο χρηματιστήριο. Επιπλέον σκεφτείτε ότι οι αποδόσεις αυτές είναι σταθερές και εγγυημένες για μια 25ετία.

Στην Ελλάδα, ένα Φ/Β σύστημα παράγει περί τις 1.150-1.500 kWh /kW ετησίως. Προφανώς στις νότιες και πιο ηλιόλουστες περιοχές της χώρας μας το φωτοβολταϊκό παράγει περισσότερο ηλεκτρισμό απ' ό,τι στις βόρειες. Ετσι στην Αθήνα αποδίδει 1.250-1.450 ΚWh/έτος/ΚW, στη Θεσσαλονίκη 1.150-1.275 ΚWh/έτος/ΚW και στην Κρήτη ή στη Ρόδο 1.400-1.500 ΚWh/έτος/ΚW. Επίσης, ιδανικά ο προσανατολισμός της στέγης πρέπει να είναι νότιος, χωρίς να σημαίνει οτι αν δεν είναι νότιος η επένδυση σας δεν είναι οικονομικά βιώσιμη. Τέλος προσοχή να μην σκιάζεται η στέγη σας.

Ας δούμε ένα παράδειγμα

Η ΔΕΗ αγοράζει την παραγόμενη κιλοβατώρα προς 0,55 ευρώ (τιμή αναπροσορμαζόμενη ετησίως). Έστω ότι εγκαθιστάτε ένα φωτοβολταϊκό σύστημα 5 KWp ενδεικτικού κόστους 19.000 € + ΦΠΑ (τιμές Ιανουαρίου 2010) Παραγόμενη μέση ετήσια ηλεκτρική ενέργεια (πρώτο έτος) 7.000 kWh (στην περιοχή της Αθήνας, νότιος προσανατολισμός στέγης).
Ετήσια καθαρά έσοδα 3.250 € (παραγόμενη ηλεκτρική ενέργεια 3.850 € / έτος - ιδιοκατανάλωση 600 € / έτος). Η διαφορά της παραγωγής σας μείον την ιδιοκατανάλωση θα κατατίθεται απο τη ΔΕΗ στον τραπεζικό σας λογαριασμό. Απο αυτά μπορείτε να υπολογίσετε την περίοδο αποπληρωμής και τον εσωτερικό βαθμό απόδοσης της επένδυσης σας.

Χρηματοδοτικά προγράμματα

Aν δεν έχετε τα χρήματα, η εταιρεία μας προσφέρει συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες για χρηματοδοτικά προγράμματα έως 100% του κόστους αγοράς και εγκατάστασης του Φ/Β συστήματος με διάρκεια αποπληρωμής του δανείου μέχρι και 25 έτη.

Φωτοβολταϊκά πάρκα
Τα Φ/Β πάρκα συμβάλουν σημαντικά στη «Διάσπαρτη Παραγωγή Ενέργειας» (Distributed Power Generation), η οποία αποτελεί το νέο μοντέλο ανάπτυξης σύγχρονων ενεργειακών συστημάτων παραγωγής, μεταφοράς και διανομής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας.
Ο Ν. 3468/06 άνοιξε το δρόμο για επενδύσεις σε Φ/Β πάρκα αλλά λόγω του μεγάλου αριθμού αιτήσεων που υποβλήθηκαν, ο νόμος πάγωσε ένα χρόνο αργότερα.
Ο Ν. 3734/09 προσπάθησε να θεραπεύσει κάποιες αδυναμίες του προηγουμένου νόμου και εν μέρει το κατάφερε. Ο νέος νόμος για τις ΑΠΕ αναμένεται να κατατεθεί σύντομα προς ψήφιση στη Βουλή.

Το φωτοβολταϊκό πάρκο αποτελείται από:
• Τα φωτοβολταϊκά πλαίσια
• Tον μετατροπέα τάσεως – αντιστροφέα
• Bάσεις στήριξης είτε σταθερές (με κλίση 30o και νότιο προσανατολσιμό) είτε με σύστημα παρακολούθησης της ηλιακής τροχιάς (tracker) μονού η διπλού άξονα

Τα οικονομικά των φωτοβολταικών πάρκων

Το κόστος εξοπλισμού και εγκατάστασης για ένα Φ/Β πάρκο με το κλειδί στο χέρι - ως τάξη μεγέθους και μόνο - είναι σε τιμές Ιανουαριου 2010 περί τα 3,5 ευρώ / Wp.
Aν βάλετε και σύστημα παρακολούθησης της ηλιακής τροχιάς να υπολογίσετε επιπλέον 20% στο κόστος εξοπλισμού.
Σημειώνουμε ότι ο επενδυτής μπορεί να απαλλαγεί απο την καταβολή ΦΠΑ για τον εξοπλισμό.

Τα λειτουργικά κόστη ενός Φ/Β πάρκου
• Κόστος συντήρησης
• Κόστος ασφάλισης και φύλαξης (υποχρεωτικά για τη δανειοδότηση του έργου)
• Κόστη προσωπικού (π.χ επιστάτη ή περιοδικού καθαρισμού των πλαισίων)
• Διοικητικά κόστη (όπως λογιστήριο, τηλεφωνικά τέλη για αυτόματη αποστολή δεδομένων σε ΔΕΣΜΗΕ-ΔΕΗ)
Τα παραπάνω κόστη υπολογίζονται στο 0,5-1,5% του συνολικού κόστους επένδυσης.

Εγγυήσεις καλής λειτουργίας

Όλος ο εξοπλισμός είναι πιστοποιημένος σύμφωνα με διεθνή πρότυπα πιστοποίησης. Οι κατασκευαστές δίνουν εγγυήσεις.
• Για τα φωτοβολταϊκά πλαίσια 2-5 χρόνια, 10-12 χρόνια ότι θα αποδίδουν πάνω απο το 90% της ονομαστικής τους ισχύος και 20-25 χρόνια οτι θα αποδίδουν πάνω από το 80% της ονομαστικής τους ισχύος.
• Για τους μετατροπείς τάσεως - αντιστροφείς 2-5 χρόνια.
• Τέλος, χρησιμοποιούνται τυποποιημένες βάσεις στήριξης που πληρούν προδιαγραφές αντοχής και στατικότητας κατά DIN 1055, Eurocode 9 ή ισοδύναμες.
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών οι μηχανικοί της εταιρείας καταγράφουν τα παραγωγικά δεδομένα, επανελέγχουν το σύνολο των συνδέσεων και συντάσσουν το πρωτόκολλο παράδοσης του έργου.

Η εταιρεία δεσμεύεται να δίνει λύσεις σε όποιο τυχόν τεχνικό πρόβλημα δημιουργηθεί για το συνολικό χρονικό διάστημα της επένδυσης. Αν δεν είναι δυνατή η άμεση επισκευή της βλάβης αντικαταθιστούμε προσωρινά το προς επισκευή εξάρτημα ώστε να μην διαταραχθεί η λειτουργία της παραγωγικής μονάδας.
Τα φωτοβολταϊκά πάρκα είναι μια καλή επένδυση , χρειάζεται ομως να έχετε κάποια αρχικά κεφάλαια και να είστε διατεθειμένοι να πάρετε κάποιο ρίσκο. Ο ήλιος της Ελλάδας σίγουρα θα σας ανταμείψει.
