STEELHOUSE is the first residential construction company of galvanized lightweight steel in Greece.

The founding members of STEELHOUSE, Mr. E. Milonas and N. Mitsopoulos already active in the construction field since the 80s. Through ARTIST, which was one of the first dry construction companies in the region of Western Greece, they executed a wide range and number of projects of demanding technical specifications such as:

In 2003 E. Milonas and N. Mitsopoulos Co. under the name STEELHOUSE is established, to implement an innovative and integrated structural system based on light cold-rolled steel profiles.

NEW ECO CONSTRUCTIONS COMPANY was established in 2004 in London-UK. Despite its few years of operation it has created a circle of customers who trust and favor it for two reasons.

One reason is the quality of work in relation to the low cost service.

The second and more substantial reason is the excellent professional service offered to our customers without losing the friendly approach and the human relationship we form.

NEW ECO CONSTRUCTIONS has been operating in Greece as a company (turnover) since 2009.

It is headquartered in the city center, in the area of Lycabettus. It undertakes projects across Athens and in any part of Greece if needed. Four people can serve 24 hours a day.

Whether it is about a single failure in the electrical, wallpaper installation, partial or total painting or even renovating your home or workplace, we are disposable to give the solution directly and economically.

PAFITIS NIKOLAOS

Born in 1970 by Cypriot parents, grows up in England and learns to monitor constructions from a very early age since his father is a mechanical engineer with remarkable works in his career.

He begins to study finance, but quickly abandons it considering that he can not grow in this field. After staying in America for studies, he returns to England where he enters the B.A.S (British Architectural Society) starting pro bono renovations to friends' and acquaintances' homes alongside.

In 2004 he finds New Eco as a renovations and materials marketing company in England. A small turnover is created extremely fast and begins to open up due to the large interest of the British public in the new eco-friendly materials.

Since 2009 he lives and works in Athens, having been involved as a supervisor engineer in well-known projects while personally undertaking renovations and small scale repairs since he stays true to his passion for low bugdet constructions & new materials applications.

With personal experience of 20 years and with three generations history in building construction we promote our name by continuing our tradition of love and credibility for the object, we get married yesterday with today's tradition and technology for the best possible result.

Also since 2006 we have started to cooperate with KARAISKAKIS STADIUM, in the field of steel construction, security and demarcation of spectators' parking and attendance, and all kinds of maintenance and repair works for stadium damage and environmental damage. Also, since March 2009, we are pleased to work with Bank of Cyprus in the construction of the security entrance doors.
