- Plum mushrooms with balsamico sauce !!!
Ingredients for 4 people • 500g plum mushrooms • 2 tbsp. olive oil • chopped parsley • 2-3 cubes garlic powder • salt • pepper • oregano For balsamico sauce • 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar • 3 tbsp. honey • 1 tsp mustard • 4 tbsp. olive oil Execute the mushrooms well with a damp cloth. Cut the thick part of the base. Sprinkle with oil and spread on a baking tray. Salt well pepper, sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder (on both sides). Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
