In Greek, the word INTERCOOLER is translated as AIRBIRD and is a valuable component for all gasoline and petrol turbo engines as it helps to cool the fuel mixture.

How does INTERCOOLER work?

The air coming out of the turbo is hot. As the air temperature increases, both its oxygen density decreases. This automatically means less engine performance. The operation of the intercooler is essentially identical to that of the central engine radiator. Its purpose is to get the hot air coming from the turbo and reduce its temperature before it reaches the engine intake. Refrigeration is carried out through specific cells almost identical to those of the refrigerator. Intercooler can be fitted in a car already at the factory, but it can be installed later!

What is it useful for;

The best quality of the mix contributes to the increase in horsepower and better engine performance, with the presence of INTERCOOLER the temperature is reduced by up to 80% and is formed before it reaches the butterfly at slightly higher levels than the ambient air temperature. In this way the density of the air mixed with the fuel is even 30% higher, thus improving the quality of the combustion.
