The house is located about 100m outside the village of Plakias on the way to 'Souda Beach'.
By foot it's only a few minutes to go to the centre while passing tavernas, shops and the tiny harbour of Plakias.

Rooms have balcony with direct sea view stretching from Plakias and its bay to the island of Gavdos and beyond.

The village of Plakias is located at the south coast of Crete in the province of Rethymnon. Paligremnos Studios are right next to the village's long and sandy beach.

We offer Studios for two, three or four persons with best sea view from a beautiful spot at the bay of Plakias.
We have accommodation for two, three or four persons with one or two rooms. All have air-condition, fully fitted kitchenette and bathroom en suite as well as a balcony with sea view.
Next to the house there's a playground for kids.
For a good start into the day various breakfast is served at our taverna next to the garden. In the evening a selection of tasty home-cooked dinner is prepared.

Of course there are further restaurants in Plakias as well as in the mountain villages around. A good place going for dinner is the village of Mirthios, where 'real' food is served at three restaurants, somehow competing with each other successfully.

Since 1998 the Village-Apartments-Rent-Rooms are located in the traditional village of Myrthios (or Mirthios), in the south of the district and city Rethymno on Crete. However, our familiarity with the tourism industry has started since 1978, from the heart of the Plakias area in South Crete. We have learnt to offer our clients not only pleasure and joyance during their vacations, but also the sensation of being in the warmth and comfort of their house.

If your dream is to live restfully and serenely in the nature, near the sea, with the opportunity to relax and freshen up, the Village-Apartments-Rent-Rooms is the ideal destination.

The Village-Apartments-Rent-Rooms has 7 apartments, with the possibility to host 2-6 persons. Each apartment has separate bedrooms with double or single beds, bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. It has a cozy living room and a balcony offering a magnificent view to the Plakias Bay.

The two room apartments of 60cm2 are consisted by two main areas, and can host 2-4 persons.

In the fully equipped kitchen of the apartment you will find, a fridge, an oven with two hotplates, a cooker-hood, a coffee-maker, a kettle, a toast-maker, a microwave, a table with chairs; also, there is a sofa-bed.

The bedroom is equipped with a double & a single bed or two single beds, night tables, a powder room with a mirror, a wardrobe, an iron, a hair-dryer, an air-conditioning (warm/cold).

Maisonettes of 120cm2, are consisted by two floors and can host 4-6 persons.

Saint George has 15 rooms, fully equipped,in Rodakino village, Crete . Rooms have full sea and mountain view, located 1.5km from Rodakino beach, offers a family and pleasant atmosphere.
Operates Cafe and Tavern Saint George, close to rooms. It s the only place in the village with internet place.

Our 4 modern, air continioned apartmennts, which are available for long and short term rents all year round, are situated in a beautifully peaceful olive grove just outside the popular tourist resort of Agia Galini.Each one sleeps up to four peaople and is 45swm comprising bedroom, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a living/dining area. We ve tried to think of everything you might need for a stress free holiday, so the kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery etc and have a washing machine. In addition to satellite television, there is a DVD player.
Outside the appartments we have built a small playpark, an open air dining area and covered parking. Despite the feeling of tranquil seclusion, the beach is a mere 400m away and the village a further 600m, so all the amenities you require are within easy walking distance.
