Individual properties near Makris Yialos beach are highly sought after, so we are pleased to offer these three detached villas.lASSI APARTMENTS, they stand in their own gardens below the road, only a 2-3 minute walk from the excellent sandy beach here. A swimming pool open to the public is a 5 minute walk away. The houses are separated from one another by a mature surrounding garden. Each comprises one twin and one double bedroom (both bedrooms have air-conditioning and some have access to a side-terrace); a good-sized living room with a well equipped kitchen area (full cooker, fridge); and a bathroom with full bath, shower and wc. To the front there is a large veranda with sunblind. A sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate a child. The houses are well furnished to a modern standard throughout. One of the villas has a studio apartment below it. Makris Yialos beach is reached via a small lane and some steps, and in the other direction you will find a selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along the main road. These houses offer comfort, plenty of space and an excellent holiday location.
