A traditional architecture, stone constructed house totaling 138 square meters.
It is a two stories house consisting of three spacious bedrooms and bathrooom, WC upstairs and sitting room, kitchen and bathroom, WC, downstairs. The house is surrounded by large outside verandas, on different levels, of more than 200 square meters.

It is built on the bank of one of the most marvelous bays of Alonnisos with blue and turquoise clean and crystal clear seawaters.

It is situated amongst pine trees (pinus halepensis), olive threes and carefully looked-after original Mediterranean vegetation.

Since the villa is built on a large olive groove where the only other house is a long way away its secluded position secures total privacy to the residents.

The location is one of the most privileged in Alonnisos with no through traffic and no disturbance from car noise.

The surrounding landscape conveys the feeling of inner tranquility while the views over the blue waters below extend all the way to the ”gates“ of the Marine Park (the protected, for the Monk seals, area) and beyond.

The combination of traditional articrafts and old furniture, used for the interior decoration, give the guests a homely, warm and friendly feeling promising the most unforgettable holidays, making the villa-vala your number one choice.

Olympus Apartments are constituted by 12 apartments with combined view in the mountain and in the sea. They are separated in 3 separate buildings with big balconies front - behind, airthrow spaces, comfortable and practically. Exist 2 types of apartments:

1) traditional style and architecture with buildin bed and proportional configuration of space where it entertains up to 4 individuals (ground floor)
2) classic type apartments for 2 individuals (first floor).

The apartments have complete equipment that includes cooker, bath with shower, as well as other facilities as toast, hair dryer, kettle.

The apartments are found in central and outlying point of island, that is to say in the centre but at the same time in quiet and removed part.

The apartments abstain from the central square of island (Livadia) and the attitude of bus hardly 50 metres and from the beach 150 metres.

Leilighetene finnes i sentrale og avsidesliggende punkt av øya, det vil si i sentrum, men samtidig i rolige og fjernet en del.

Leilighetene avstå fra det sentrale torget i øya (Livadia) og holdningen buss knapt 50 meter og fra stranden 150 meter.

Built in a quiet and green location in the coastal town of Sami, this family orientated complex of apartments offers a high level of aesthetics, comfort and services. The spacious and fully equipped rooms and apartments can accommodate from 2-4 persons, making them ideal for budget and family holidays.
Nikos Studios & Apartments is just 800 metres from the nearest beach and offers easy access to all parts of the island.
