In Xifiani Pozar, in an area of 170 acres, the land with care for local varieties and respect the protection of water and soil using organic and biodynamic means and utilizing traditional knowledge of the area. We givespecial attentionto the cultivation of cereals and the choice of the varieties used cautiously.
