Our hotel is directly because of the sea and captivates by its typically Greece style - the very family and calm atmosphere loads for recovery in.

Altogether 42 housing units are to you on 2 floors at the disposal. All rooms offer a wonderful sea view to you. In our main house are the rezeption, a cosy lounge with TV corner (satellite reception) and a small bar.

Our whole pride is a wonderful flower and vegetable garden, which surround the whole hotel. In our tavern you are regaled with karpathiotic and Greece specialities.

You can choose from 42 units: 16 double rooms, 2 single rooms, 14 studios and 10 apartments, all bright and friendly furnished.

The units are equipped with refrigerator, phone, rental safe, shower and toilet. All categories offer a balcony or terrace. Be enchanted by the wonderful, direct sea view.

Apart from that the studios for up to three persons have a small kitchen. For groups or families up to four persons we offer apartments with a separate bedroom.

Rooms are cleaned daily (except Sundays), towels are changed three times a week, bed linen twice a week.

Our double and single rooms include continental breakfast. For studios and apartments breakfast can be additionally booked.

The Agistri hotel is situated only 30 metre's from the sandy beach of Skala and offers the choice of 18 twin double and family rooms ,all rooms are situated on the first and second floors with stairs and elevator access. Each room has free air conditioning TV, fridge, en- suite bathrooms with bath & shower, large balcony's with sea views!!!

NAIAS HOUSE is a family business which ensures the best service to its clients. Our accommodation unit is located just 100m from Neos Marmaras center, where the visitor can find the local market with many shops and services as well as cafes, bars and also traditional restaurants & taverns. The perfect cleaning and our constant presence in the unit are the basic conditions for us. Every room provides you with a kitchenette with two hotplates for the preparation of small meals, refrigerator, air condition + air fans in some of the rooms, television and FREE WIFI-INTERNET covering the whole unit. Also in the garden there is a barbecue which you can use for free. All of the rooms have very big balconies. Some of them have view to the town and the mountain and others have view to the sea. The local beach with its golden sand and crystal clear waters is located around 600m from our unit. Private parking is not available but there are free parking places around our unit and also in just 50 meters from NAIAS HOUSE there is one of the public FREE PARKING AREAS of Neos Marmaras.
