Polyzos Constantine a travaillé comme cuisinier en Allemagne, et à un moment de vacances dans le Itea attrayant, il décide de faire son rêve, à 27 ans, il était, donc, en 1985, il a créé ZEFYROS. Depuis lors et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, sa famille et elle continue d'occuper le nom du restaurant en Grèce et au-delà, le faire connaître à tous les guides de voyage du monde.
