The idea started long ago, when we took our first hiking steps and were looking for places ideal for our activities. The thought of creating a multipurpose space was always on the edge of the mind and matured with the sight of the monastery complex of Kalivia in Karyes, Laconia.

The lessons of traditional cooking and tasting are delivered in the opposite building, where the wood oven, the barbecue and the grill have a primary role. Here you can prepare your own meal, experiment, and even compete.
