In Syrrako Ioannina, one of the most beautiful traditional villages in Epirus, the «CASA LA NOI», which means «the house to us» in the Vlach language, is a magnificent mansion, which was completed by the owner of Elias TEFAA the year 2007, great taste and sensitivity to the natural and architectural environment of the region. Materials: stone and wood have been adapted to the special kind of traditional ecological oikismou.Ta pleasing colors add a note available to all visitors. The remarkable traditional ceiling plans, showing each of the seven (7) small apartment complex in combination with different-fireplaces in each studio, lend a unique character and style, which hosted the sting and rejuvenates with the bright colors, which blend harmoniously with its surroundings. The complex includes three (3) apartments, maisonettes, adjacent regional road in the village (at the end of the road just below the central square) and consist of: 1) The two buildings (B and C): the basement, ground floor and first floor. Buildings B and C were completed in 2007. 2) A building: the basement and ground floor. The old building is a construction be placed in the early 19th century, recently restored. Each floor of the maisonettes and operates independently as a studio and contains a single space with double bed (4 apartments) or two single beds (3 apartments), kitchen (the sink with 5 apartments, homes, refrigerator, cupboards), individual bathroom, central heating (autonomy). The hotel is located in the picturesque Vitsa Zagori. It is built according to traditional architecture and Zagori has 10 spacious rooms that can accommodate 2 - 4 persons.
