Our guest house "Ta Petrina" at "Ano-Chora" it's a warm and beautiful place at the beginning of the village. It contains separate stone houses (one or two floors) with unique view, close to a forest with firs and chestnuts. The houses have a stoned fireplace, TV-DVD, cookery, big piazza and a loft in which more people can stay in. Our guest house can offer hospitality up to 35 people.

The persons that will welcome you, are young persons with a lot of interests. The important think for us, isn't just to offer you a simple stay, but to communicate with people that have the same interests with us, like nature, good company and other activities. When all that are combined with a pleasant stay then the moments are unforgettable.

A new traditional guest house that belongs to the owners of the tavern Ta Skalopatia. It is located in the central square of Kaimaktsalan.

It consists of 7 spacious rooms, equipped with all the modern facilities, in order your residence to be unforgettable. All of them have individual heating, sound isolation, a sitting-room and hydro massage. Specifically, 4 of the rooms are equipped with a bath hydro-massage, while the rest 3 have a stand up hydro-massage. There is a fireplace in 6 of the rooms. . .

In Syrrako Ioannina, one of the most beautiful traditional villages in Epirus, the «CASA LA NOI», which means «the house to us» in the Vlach language, is a magnificent mansion, which was completed by the owner of Elias TEFAA the year 2007, great taste and sensitivity to the natural and architectural environment of the region. Materials: stone and wood have been adapted to the special kind of traditional ecological oikismou.Ta pleasing colors add a note available to all visitors. The remarkable traditional ceiling plans, showing each of the seven (7) small apartment complex in combination with different-fireplaces in each studio, lend a unique character and style, which hosted the sting and rejuvenates with the bright colors, which blend harmoniously with its surroundings. The complex includes three (3) apartments, maisonettes, adjacent regional road in the village (at the end of the road just below the central square) and consist of: 1) The two buildings (B and C): the basement, ground floor and first floor. Buildings B and C were completed in 2007. 2) A building: the basement and ground floor. The old building is a construction be placed in the early 19th century, recently restored. Each floor of the maisonettes and operates independently as a studio and contains a single space with double bed (4 apartments) or two single beds (3 apartments), kitchen (the sink with 5 apartments, homes, refrigerator, cupboards), individual bathroom, central heating (autonomy). All apartments have a TV (flat screen). A wooden staircase leads from floor to floor of each house. Each room-apartment complex is named after an herb of the local flora. In the basement of the building works-in breakfast room which has been given the name «KAMARA» - because of the large stone Kamaras located at the bottom of the room and sample a unique architecture and high technique of the old craftsmen of the region. The three buildings are constructed at different levels due to the high inclination of the terrain (skarfalomena in the mountainside or Lakmos Peristeri). The guesthouse ‘Thoukididis’ is the result of the long term efforts put in by Kapesovo native Thoukididis Papageorgiou and his family. They managed to turn an 1875 manor house into a lodging for tourists. It is a soul deposition of ‘mastro*-Thoukididis’, a skillful craftsman of wood, stone and iron, who knows Zagori very well. The hotel is located in the picturesque Vitsa Zagori. It is built according to traditional architecture and Zagori has 10 spacious rooms that can accommodate 2 - 4 persons.

Some of the rooms are 27 sq.m. in nearly all rooms have a fireplace and also equipment includes TV, private bathroom, central heating, refrigerator and cuisine.

They have daily room service-cleaning. Breakfast is offered in a specific room, beautifully decorated and includes traditional local products, many of which are produced by the owners. Breakfast included in price.

In the village square, next to the perennial tree is an old two-storey mansion in 1700, which retains the old architecture and functions as a guesthouse.

65km. from the port of Patras. The distance to Athens airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is a) about 220km. through Delphi-Arachova b) about 174km. by ferry boat Egio -Agios Nikolaos There are 4 daily bus runs from Agios Nikolaos to Galaxidi, a distance of 30km.
