65km. from the port of Patras. The distance to Athens airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is a) about 220km. through Delphi-Arachova b) about 174km. by ferry boat Egio -Agios Nikolaos There are 4 daily bus runs from Agios Nikolaos to Galaxidi, a distance of 30km.

The hotel is situated 200m. from the market. There is a nearby bus station, pharmacy, infirmary, a bank and sea. You can take a walk along “Pera Panda” of Galaxidi breathing in the fresh air from the forest and sea.

It is worthwhile visiting the Naval Museum of Galaxidi , thus travelling into another era… One can only marvel at the iconostasis carved in wood of St. Nikolas (Agios Nikolaos) and the sundial of St. Paraskevi (Agia Paraskevi). In winter you can visit the ski resort at Parnassos which is about an hour’s drive thus combining mountain and sea. In addition, the archaeological site at Delphi is less than an hour’s drive as is the village named after a national hero, Athanasios Diakos, whose name is among the fir trees of the Vardoussia mountains. 55km.away lies Nafpaktos, an exquisite historical site with a Venetian castle in the sea.
