The traditional hostel "Kerasovo" is located in the village of Agia Paraskevi in the province of Konitsa City. The hostel is a B Class (3 *), and offers guests a relaxing and peaceful stay in the eleven (11) carefully renovated rooms available, with a total capacity of thirty-five (35) persons.

Also, on the ground floor of the hostel there is a tavern which offers rich culinary delights from Epirus and all these, in front of the fire in stone fireplace which embellishes the surroundings of the hostel.

Kastro Zoi is a stone mansion which was built in the early 1900s. It is situated right at the entrance of the historical settlement of the town of Kardamili, at a distance of about 100m from the town center’s coffee shops and stores.

It is just 50m from the nearest supermarket and about 250m from Ritsa beach. The L-shaped building with its traditional fenced courtyard is typical of Mani architecture. Since 1990, it has been operating as a tourist accommodation company, run by the Spyrea family who are well experienced in the tourism sector. Recently, both the exterior and interior parts of the building were fully renovated.

At Kastro Zoi, there are 7 fully furnished apartments, including 4 studio apartments, with balconies overlooking the village, the Messinian Bay and the mountain Taygetos. On each floor, there are communal, covered verandas (hagiati), next to the staircase leading to the apartments. On the ground floor, there is a studio apartment specifically designed to accommodate people with disabilities.
