The blue sea and organized beach of Stalis are just 150 yards from our apartments. In Stalis you’ll find cafes and restaurants next to the seaside, shops and tour agents for your excursions in Crete. Three km from Stalis are Hersonissos and Malia, the busiest resorts in Crete and famous for their nightlife.

The Pahiadakis family apartments are comprised of two hotels located close to each other, the Villa Anna Apartments and Villa Mary Studios. They are built and furnished with all the care and attention of a family business focused on the visitor, in contrast to the impersonal attitudes and practices of mass tourism.
Villa Anna Apartments in Stalis

VILLA ANNA furnished apartments in Stalis are ideal for carefree family holidays in Crete. The complex contains 16 spacious apartments for two to four people.

Each apartment contains a bedroom, a sitting room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC and a comfortable veranda with a sea or mountain view. There is also air conditioning, a TV, a telephone, a safe and a ceiling fan.

The apartments are set around the swimming pool, where visitors can enjoy a cool drink, play pool or order snacks at the pool bar, all in a friendly atmosphere. For the cooler nights at the beginning and end of the season, there is an inside bar with a TV corner.

Breakfast is served on the back patio, where the scheduled barbecues are also held. The Pahiadakis family have many years’ experience in taking personal care of their guests, ensuring a pleasant, comfortable and above all family stay in their apartments in Stalis, Crete.

Driving through the beautiful countryside from Iraklion to East Crete, we meet the picturesque town of Sitia. Dimitra apartments are situated 70 m from Sitia beach and 800 m from the central square of the town, on the way to palm beach Vai.

Sitia is a small town (9000 inhabitant) nearby the Sitia bay. Sitia combines quiet and relaxing holidays with Cretan traditional environment.

The Dimitra apartments complex consists of 2 rooms-studios and 5 apartments, for 2-3 people.

Each apartment and room (size about 20-25 m2) has two private balconies, with a view of the beautiful landscape of Sitia area, and all are surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. Three apartments provide sea view of the gulf of Sitia. The owners, who live there, offer their guests a friendly family atmosphere, for an unforgettable stay. All studios are fully furnished, equipped with kitchenette providing to the customers all the means to prepare and serve their private breakfast and meal, fridge, WC and shower, air condition and each having its own spectacular view to the sea at the north and to the surrounding mountains.

We provide also rooms for students.

Car rental can also be arranged from arrival at the airport for the duration of holiday or taxi transfer on arrival and departure.

Catch a taxi or the local bus and in 5 minutes you will be in Chania. Visit the old city and the Venetian harbour or rent a car and travel around the island.

Taking the utmost care to preserve the natural beauty of our local landscape, we have constructed three lovely stone buildings for our guests in the vicinity of the village of Xerosterni.

In using wood and carefully selected local stone, we have remained faithful to traditional Cretan architecture which has long strived to emulate the simplicity of nature.

Our three stone buildings are set amongst an abundant variety of native flowers, cypress trees and olive groves offering our holiday guests the opportunity to take long, relaxing strolls both in summer and winter.

Each maisonette apartment is comprised of a main sitting room with kitchen and bath and a beautiful, above-lying bedroom which leads onto a large veranda with expansive views of Lefka Ori and the Gulf of Souda.

The ancient rock formations found embedded in the earth on our 19 acre grounds are unique to this area of Apokorona.

Guests are invited to make every use of the comforts that we provide from air-conditioning, internet access and satellite television to a large swimming pool with adjacent pool bar as well as a traditional wood-burning oven to savoir Crete’s famed roasted delicacies.

You will have the chance to taste more than 20 kinds of pies, as cheese pie, pepper pie, hunt pie and other traditional ones (like "sarikopita", "tzoulama", "kaltsounia" and many more). We can also offer you yoghurt with wheat, "greek" coffee and tea made of mountain herbs.

Katerina’s breakfast has repeatedly won the first prize in various competitions and has been recorded in the most remarkable tourist guides!

Keramos’ lounge area is decorated with antiques, handicrafts, woven materials and a beautiful fireplace.
