Tickets: Free admission The permanent collection of the Greek Telecommunications Museum presents both telecommunications devices of the pre-electric era in Greece (Antiquity and Byzantium), and inventions and technological achievements of the post-electric period (telegraphy, telephony, maritime and satellite communications), making the Museum Telecommunications a unique destination for all those who are enchanted by the world of human communication. The Green Hill Apartments are located on the side of a hill below the village of Pelekas, 12km (7 ½ miles) west of the town of Corfu and 200m (656ft.) from the beach of Kontogialos, within easy access of the sightseeing sites of Corfu island. The house is built in a quiet, lush green environment with olive trees and marvelous gardens. The Green Hill Apartments offers their guests one 60sq.m. (640sq.ft.) apartment with two bedrooms that can accommodate 4-6 people, and five apartments of 40sq.m. (430sq.ft.) with one bedroom each, that can accommodate 2-4 people. The one bedroom apartments also provide a large living room (that can be converted into a bedroom) with two sofas, satellite TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with an exceptional view of the beach and the sea. Each apartment has one or two private balconies where one can enjoy the green environment of Pelekas-Kontogialos, the sunset and the sea. Kontogialos beach is the most beautiful beach on the western side of Corfu.
