Welcome to the traditional studios and apartments in Kardamili village, "Skardamoula’s Garden". Kostas and Yioula Georgouleas, attentive hosts, with their two daughters Takia and Sandy manage these traditional-style guestrooms and do their best to ensure that your accomadation is perfect through and through. Yioula speaks perfect English and you will find the hospitality at Skardamoula’s Garden easy-going and pleasurable. We decided to join the tradition to the modern facilities. At the ground floor there was an old olive mill of 1850 with thick stone walls and high ceilings. Here, we established our well-known taverna and grill room Skardamoula’s Garden which has been running successfully for over 30 years. It has many customers who return to Kardamili for the hospitable service, the tasty local dishes and excellent grills. On the first floor we have built 6 studios and 2 apartments, according to the traditional way of Mani structure. The studios and apartments are located in the heart of Kardamyli village but benefit from great views of the nearby sea, the distant mountains and the surrounding countryside. At a short distance – just 50 metres – there is a small peaceful beach called Salio, where you can enjoy the sparkling, ultra-clean emerald waters of Kardamili Bay – a fantastic setting for those who like easy mobility and comforts close to home. Skopelos Holidays VILLA AGRAVLIS
Skopelos Island. Villa Agravli. Our villa is located in a very quiet location within a private farm. It is just 2 km from the town of Skopelos. The nearest beach of Stafilos is 1.5 km. It features a private pool, garden, outdoor games and a private parking. The surrounding area is bright with shady places among olive trees and flowers suitable for relaxation and peace of mind. In the living room and dining room can accommodate up to 5 people. The fireplace can be used to cheer you up with the graphic design. For your diet will find electric stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a portable grill with coals. There is a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. It also has a washing machine and iron. The villa has simple satellite TV and sound system and air conditioning. There is a telephone line for internet. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two singles. In the living room there is a sofa bed. We provide all the linen sheets and towels. Every three days is to replace them with clean. Nearby you will find restaurants pizza food market store car wash gas station taverns and Tire. Before your arrival we clean the house (floors, bedrooms, cupboards, refrigerator, stove, furniture, windows). There tend to clean the house during your stay in this because we want to our distinctive presence in your space. Cleanliness leave it in your mood after you with all detergents and other necessary for this purpose. Linen and towels are ours and your renew with clean every three days. The care of the pool is ours, and: every 2nd day sweep the surface and bottom. Once a week is water control and filter or earlier depending on conditions of use (children, rain, heat). Usually every 2nd 3rd day care (mainly afternoon) the garden flowers and Baxe (of which offer highly ecological products).
