A traditional architecture, stone constructed house totaling 138 square meters. Upon arrival at Halki, one realizes immediately that here tradition is still a value.. The houses are all stone-made with tiled-roofs, wooden windows and balconies..all built next to the seaside. Crystal clear waters and two wonderful untouched beaches for swimming are available within 10 and 15 minutes walking distance from the inhabited area. The featured house for rent is an old, two-storeyed stone-house, fully renovated in 2005 by the owner, Mr. Mavrakis George an architect living on Rhodes island. Distance from the beach and main square is only 70 meters. It accommodates 5 adults. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed and one with twin-beds) 1 bathroom/WC, an open plan kitchen and living area and a wooden staircase leading to the first floor, as well as a spacious veranda with sea view. On the second floor, there is one bedroom (single bed), a bathroom/WC and a balcony with sea view. The house is fully equipped with fridge, dish-washer, electric cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, water heater, iron, washing-machine ,hair dryer and safe. All rooms have aircondition units, a TV set and other things. Upon your arrival at Halki, Maria will welcome you to show you to the house, give you any information you need and be of assistance to any request you might have. Linen service - - every three days.
