Welcome! In Kalesma, jams, marmalades, sweet preserves and all the sweet creations are handmade and prepared with care, love and respect to our guest. Our strictly handmade production is prepared without preservatives or adds in a home workshop, reminiscent of Mom's kitchen, in the same way that we prepare jams for our children. We cook all our sweets with respect to the seasons, but following the dictates of the time. Our wide range of jams and marmalades includes not only the classical and traditional tastes, but also imaginative combinations of pure fruits with excellent raw materials from small certified Greek producers. Our deep wish is to develop in the extreme the treasures of Greek nature, to prepare for you pure products of high and incomparable tasty value, products which travel inside and beyond borders in order to make our guests, participants of our unique tasty heritage, tradition and history. Each jam and sweet preserve is prepared under the old, traditional Greek recipes which reminds flavors like othertimes...
