They are made with meat from our own production since 1974, when we established a pig farm and butcher shop in the town of Soufli. In 1998, we proceeded with the operation of a new state-of-the-art pig farm, located at the 1st km of Soufli - Orestiada. In 2006, we fully renovated our workshop and store located at the central square of the town.
