More important is that all the classic Kozani cemetery. The findings in this section dating from prehistoric to Roman times. b) Tradition, meditation and excavation findings, which were introduced in the collection from 1980 and onwards. Most important sets of the second section from rescue, surface and excavations of prehistoric settlements of the Valley of the Yellow Lake, to rescue, surface and excavations in the Valley of the average flow of Aliakmon - pond Polyfytos and excavations at several archaeological sites in the prefecture of Kozani. The findings date from the earliest Neolithic to Roman times.

The area hosts the Ecclesiastical Museum is located on the 1st floor of new building in the courtyard of the Metropolitan Palace Siatista. The area of the hall is 144 sq.m. The exhibits include pictures, wood carvings, miniature objects, books, vestments and collected from the temples and monasteries of the region.
