Walking you reach the Monastery of Panagia tis Gonia, built in the 16th century AD. Near it is the world-famous Orthodox Academy of Crete, where the World Congress of Orthodoxy took place in June 2016. World Scientific Conferences are held there. The building began to be renovated, according to the architectural plans of the area, in 2021 and was completed in 2023. It consists of three independent, airy and sunny residences. One at street level, ground floor, and two north at ground level. Our complex consists of 3 apartments: Christina Apartment with sea view / 1st floor, capacity for 4 people Eugenia Apartment / ground floor with courtyard, capacity for 5 people (4+1 sofa).
